  21. What you're asking is highly DOS specific and is not covered by the C
  22. language definition. Try comp.os.msdos.programmer or a suitable Windows
  23. related newsgroup. Also don't set followups to an email address, entries
  24. there are interpreted as newsgroup names except for the special case of
  25. ``poster''.
